The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. For Sensei Abdul Rafique, that journey began in 1992. With a heart full of passion for martial arts, he traveled to Japan, the cradle of Karate, to learn from the masters. It was there he was introduced to the profound art of Tenshinkan Karate, a path that would define his life's work.

After years of rigorous training and dedicating his life to the art, Sensei Rafique returned to Pakistan with a mission: to share the spirit and discipline of Tenshinkan. He established the first authorized Tenshinkan Karate Federation dojo in Pakistan, a beacon for all who wished to walk the path of Budo.

Over the decades, he has trained thousands of students, instilling in them the core values of respect, discipline, and perseverance. His teachings go beyond physical technique; they shape character, build indomitable spirit, and create leaders. Today, he continues to guide new generations, a true master dedicated to his students and the art he loves.
